We’re an open company that values an inclusive and supportive environment where everyone can be their full selves without being subject to unacceptable behaviour, including demeaning, harassing, abusive, violent, discriminatory, derogatory or demeaning conduct.

We do not tolerate harassment of event participants in any form and we expect all participants to conduct themselves in a professional and appropriate manner. Conference participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference, without a refund, at the discretion of the conference organizers.

Harassment includes verbal comments that reinforce social structures of domination related to gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, religion, sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.

Participants asked to stop any harassing behaviour are expected to comply immediately.

Conference staff is always available to help anyone who believes that this code of conduct has been violated. Conference staff can be identified by their “staff” badges if there are any potential concerns, or participants can report incidents to the contact listed below. We reserve the right to take any action we deem appropriate, including expulsion from the conference, to maintain a positive, inclusive atmosphere at Worldwebforum. Staff are also happy to help participants contact hotel/venue security or local law enforcement, provide escorts, or otherwise assist anyone for the duration of the conference.

If you see or experience something that violates this code of conduct in law or spirit, please Be the Change You Seek and report the incident!
