Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) covers many aspects and activities. At its core, it is about giving people of different ethnicities, cultures, genders, generations and physical condition fair access to a company. This is exactly what we strive for at EY in Switzerland. As the leader of our D&I division, it is my job to oversee the various teams and coordinate our efforts to create such a working environment.



Robin Errico is the Chief Risk Officer for EY in Switzerland and a member of the Management Committee. Ms. Errico is also an Assurance Audit Partner serving multinational United States (US) and Swiss listed companies. Further in this role, she is responsible for the US Capital Markets group in Switzerland. Ms. Errico has experience working effectively with and building sound relationships with senior level executives and boards. She successfully provides insights and delivers value to companies, focusing on finance, accounting, capital markets transactions and other reporting challenges, including transformational finance function topics.

She further engages in multiple EY internal councils and forums on a global and regional level including the Global Governance Council, the EMEIA Ethics Committee as well as the Regional Innovation & Digital Council, to name a few. Ms. Errico is the Diversity & Inclusion Leader for EY in Switzerland, with this role she is able to carry out her passion to work closely with EY’s most important assets, the People. This role carries a significant purpose and underscores the importance a diverse and inclusive culture as well as driving Inclusive Leadership at EY. Ms. Errico has a dual nationality, American and Swiss and she is licensed US Certified Public Accountant and Swiss Registered Licensed Audit Expert.
