BIOGRAPHY

Adrian has been the HR Lead for Cisco Switzerland and Austria since May 2015. In his role, he has to thrive on working in a fast-paced, highly matrixed, virtual environment, while coaching senior leaders, driving people initiatives and ensuring compliance through partnerships with team members in center of excellence across the Globe.

Before joining Cisco, Adrian kept various HR positions within the Private banking and audit business. He studied Business Administration with a focus on HR & Leadership at the university of St. Gallen.
