Jochen Keller is a Global HR Executive at SAP, currently leading the HR Business Partner function for the board area Digital Business Services, SAP´s services and support organization of 20.000 employees.
Since 2007, Jochen has been supporting various Executive Board Members and their leadership teams in consulting and executing on SAP´s HR strategy, incl. Leadership Development, Talent Development, Change Management, Organizational Effectiveness. He reports to SAP’s CHRO.
Since joining SAP in 1995, Jochen has held HR lead roles for many lines of business, e.g. Consulting, Support, Software Development, Corporate Functions. Jochen holds a degree in business from the University of Mannheim.
