Avelon creates Software Ecosystems for leveraging the economic live cycle of real estates.

CLOUD AND IoT PIONEER

Leo has introduced cloud technologies to the real estate and public services market in the early 2000s. Later in 2005 he has introduced the first IoT devices.

INNOVATION DRIVER

For his work on increasing the performance for chemical process automation and for enhancing usability plus workflows in building automation, Leo received patents in the United States and Europe. The first cloud service for real estates he invented, was honored with the Swiss Technology Award.

ADDICTED TO ENERGY SAVINGS

Being a scientist taking care about the energy consumption in real estates, Leo has received well-known award in Germany and Switzerland.

BIOGRAPHY

Leo Putz graduated in Electrical and Information Technologies at the Technical University of Munich. Research at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and industry experience lead him towards building the first cloud services for real estates in 2003 for which the company was recognized with the Swiss Technology Award.

 

Having received some awards in his youth, he filed in his first U.S. and European patent at the age of 21. Creating more efficiency and generating leveraging effects from new technology is what fascinates him.
