As Founder and CEO Michael supports his members of staff to develop and adapt new training and management concepts fit for todays needs of the private and public industry sector. His current Job is apart from Owner and CEO of the company to promote and foster innovative new ways of learning and working in IT.

Previously Michael has been Member of staff in various national and international consulting companies in Germany Debis, T-Systems, IT Masters, Diebold Management Consulting and Detecon, delivering IT Service Management Solutions in various national and international organisations. Founded in 2005 it SolutionCrew GmbH employs 5 Members of staff as of today. The main Industries Michael worked in are Utilities, Transportation, Chemical Production and Broadcasting. Michael studied Computer science at the Fachhochschule Konstanz and at the Coventry University, has been part of the development teams for several IT Exams like ITIL and ISO 20’000.

Founded in 2005 it SolutionCrew successfully supports IT Organisations by providing IT Service Management Consulting to those Companies that require fundamental changes in their way of working as an Organisation. it SolutionCrew customers are based in various industries  as well as in the private sector.
