An innovation consultant, executive communication coach, and professional presenter, Ole Tillmann founded PEAK Creative Leadership GmbH in 2012, a Berlin-based agency specializing in innovation, presentation design, and training.

Having more than 19 years of experience hosting TV-shows and international events, Ole presents at top-notch design, business and innovation conferences such as Architectural Digest Design Summit, WIRED Money, FashionTech Berlin and Daimler’s Startup Autobahn.

Being a professional actor and trained acting coach, he has prepared more than 450 entrepreneurs, start-ups, politicians, managers, tv-presenters, researchers and artists for public appearances before general audiences, investors, clients, or the press.

He has helped speakers mainly responsible at conferences and accelerators such as the TEDx series across Germany.

Mastering his own power of persuasion and developing his own methodology of crafting concise pitch presentations and inspirational speeches, Ole imparts his knowledge as a professor at HBI School of Design Thinking, Design Academy Berlin, and the Humboldt-Viadrina School of Governance.

Biography

With more than 15 years of experience hosting TV-Shows and international events, Ole Tillmann presents some of Germany`s most important startup- and tech-conferences. He is a Berlin-based innovation consultant, executive communication coach and professional event host.

In 2012 he founded PEAK, an agency specializing in innovation and communication. He presents some of the most important conferences in the tech-, startup and digital business world in the DACH region. In 2009, Ole Tillmann joined the TED event series, drawing upon my experience as a professional show host, actor and acting coach to prepare more than 350 speakers for TEDx conferences in Berlin, Munich and Hamburg.

At the same time he also entered the world of academia, becoming part of the coaching team at the School of Design Thinking in Potsdam as well as teaching at the Berlin Design Academy.

The next natural transition was into the startup world. In 2014, he became involved with Berlin’s Axel Springer Plug and Play Accelerator. His contribution to the high-caliber startup incubator is to design and lead a three-month pitch design and coaching program to help founders and entrepreneurs craft a concise, five-minute pitch to potential investors.

With close to two decades of experience as a professional presenter, consultant and coach, he developed his own methodology for helping anyone craft a concise pitch presentation or an inspirational speech in the famed TED style.

His clients are industry heavyweights such as Daimler, ThyssenKrupp or Lufthansa as well as newer digital upstarts like Airbnb, Etsy and Zalando.
