Biography

LAAX would not be LAAX without Reto Gurtner. Since decades, Reto is striving for innovation and consistently pursuing his ideas even if they oppose proven conventions. He pioneered for Switzerland innovations such as the world’s largest halfpipe, the first indoor freestyle hall in Europe or the LAAX INSIDE app. His work and commitment was honored with the Milestone, the most important Swiss Tourism Prize.

Reto graduated from the University of San Francisco, Cailfornia and University of Bern.
