BIOGRAPHY

Ronny Weinig, Head Customer and Digital Services, has overall responsibility for service busi- ness within the Division Digital Factory and the Division Process Industries and Drives of Sie- mens Switzerland. He has built this new structured business unit from bottom up with a clear focus on service business exploitation in the Swiss market and on process- and synergy- improvement programs to ensure best value margins. In his former role he was responsible for the development of service business in seven countries of South West Europe.

Ronny previously managed the Telco service department from set-up to fully operational af- ter telecom market liberalization including digitalization. Before, he worked for several years abroad both in the USA and Middle East for a number of different companies.

Ronny is married and lives near Zürich. When not working he is interested in travelling, hiking skiing and vintage cars.
