Biography

Simon Youssef is Co-Founder and CTO of Swiss challenger bank NEON. He is responsible for delivering the NEON technology and UX, by leading multifunctional teams. Simon is passionate about Agile methodologies, as a way to drive autonomy, ownership and data-driven decision making within teams. 

Prior to NEON, he worked at PwC Strategy& as a Senior Project Leader in Financial Services with a focus on IT and digitization.
