On September 5, 1992, student Marek Krynski marched along Bahnhofstrasse. He was with fellow-activists in flamboyant clothing. More importantly, on that day, he fought for love, peace, freedom, and liberal thinking.
From a niche gathering, the Zürich Street Parade quickly grew into the world’s biggest electro-festival and now has almost a million participants.
The VIP experience
Those who think the Swiss are frigid have definitely not been to the Zürich Street Parade.
It’s the one day in the year Zürichers and visitors across Europe come together. They party their loudest and proudest.
“Go big or go home”, they say. But if it’s too loud and crazy for you, you will be surprised to know there is an in-between. The smartest way to experience this world-famous festival, sans the queues and sweat, is called Worldwebforum-style.
Enjoy the best spot of the festival at the luxury five-star hotel Baur Au Lac.
As EveryWare CEO Kurt Ris explains, “EveryWare has been responsible since the beginning for bringing Street Parade to the people via the internet. We have certainly experienced digital transformation since then. EveryWare has remained the trusted IT partner to the world’s largest electronic music festival. We have also been partners of Worldwebforum for many years. We find great value in bringing our network to the conference. At Worldwebforum, we can connect, learn, and discuss ideas ahead of the curve.”
The contrast of comfort at the Boum Boum Au Lac party is apparent. This kind of relaxation is one of the many perks of a Worldwebforum Corporate Membership. Prepare early for next year and join this inner circle now.
